🧅 Clay Onion – A Design with Character!

Our Onion is a pattern with many layers – literally and figuratively! The stamp is designed with great attention to detail: from precise lines representing the vegetable's interior to the characteristic roots and the sprouting top. It’s the perfect tool for creating vessels that are both functional and incredibly decorative.

🛠️ How to Use:

1. Roll out a clay slab to approx. 6–8 mm.

2. Press the stamp – pay attention to pressing the bottom (roots) firmly to bring out that cool detail.

3. Align the cutter with the imprinted shape and press down.

4. Remove your finished onion! You can slightly curve the bottom for a more organic form.

✨ Application – Choose Your Size:

• Large (20 x 23 cm): An original veggie platter, a plate for serving appetizers, or a kitchen wall decoration.

• Medium (13 x 15 cm): The perfect size for a dip bowl, snack plate, or an oil bottle coaster.

• Small (8 x 9 cm): Cute magnets, tags for preserve jars, or tiny saucers for salt and pepper.

🎨 Artistic Tips: This pattern is perfect for oxide techniques! Rub the imprint with brown oxide, then apply a light, transparent glaze. The layer lines will become very distinct, mimicking the natural look of a sliced onion.
