🪬 Clay Stamp and Cutter – Hamsa with Eye
🪬 Pattern description:
A classic and powerful interpretation of the Hamsa, featuring a central protective eye surrounded by botanical ornaments, delicate dots and flowing lines. The eye is one of the strongest protective symbols, believed to guard against negative energy and unwanted influences.
This design is rich in detail yet very clear when stamped, making it perfect for expressive, meaningful ceramic pieces.
🎨 Uses:
Ideal as an incense or palo santo holder, decorative hanging, tile, jewelry dish, mosaic element or wall decoration.
Looks especially beautiful in traditional turquoises and blues, deep navy tones, greens, as well as in black, white or minimal single-glaze finishes.
✨ Extra bonus:
Thanks to the cutter, you can create many variations of the same Hamsa – richly glazed, raw and matte, or enhanced with gold or underglaze details.
📏 Imprint size:
approx. 15 × 18 cm
🛠️ How to use:
– Roll out the clay evenly
– Press the stamp firmly into the surface
– Cut out the shape using the cutter
– Dry, fire and finish as desired
💡 Tip:
Due to the amount of fine details, the stamp works best on slightly leather-hard clay.
If sticking occurs, lightly dust the surface with potato starch.
